Description | Quietus is a collection of three short stories dealing with themes of corruption, death, and loss. There are elements of psychological horror at play with the occasional emergence of humor, whether it is lighthearted or dark. "Cold" is a story of survival in the midst of hopeless circumstances of possibly apocalyptic proportions. "Extinction Party!" focuses primarily on the idea of Panda extinction and offers multiple perspectives on the concept. It also touches on the idea of eventual human extinction. "Shady Lane" features an entire town being corrupted by a mysterious force while also showing the personal corruption of the protagonist. | en_US |
