A synthesis of 87 articles and 9 websites and a qualitative analysis of transcripts from 15 one-on-one interviews with obesity treatment team members is presented. Teams vary in make up but most often include physicians, physician extenders, registered dietitian nutritionists, registered nurses, mental and behavioral health practitioners.
