Moreover, to date there are no available instruments to assess Counterproductive Student Behavior (CSB). The present study sought to develop such a measure. Participants were 623 undergraduate psychology students at a large southeastern university. Students completed a three-part questionnaire including a demographics section, social desirability scale, and survey of CSBs. An 8-component model of counterproductive student behavior was developed using the CSB Scale.
