Living shoreline fauna data (2022-2024)

Abstract

This dataset includes code and data used to analyze the impacts of living shorelines/ breakwaters on nekton including NC state and federally managed species. The data includes nekton sampled in seagrass beds using seine nets, salt marshes using fyke nets, and around living shorelines/mudflats using minnow traps and crab condos. It also includes habitat surveys of oysters, salt marshes, and seagrass beds and benthic infauna sampling. More details can be found in each folder within README files.
