    Abstract
To incite every day people to venture into the world of philosophical thought and intrigue, I have constructed the beginnings of a novel that will use the old allegories and ideas of the past and place them into a new light. This novel will tell a dark fantasy genre story about a little girl named Myrtle who grows up without seeing the true nature of evil in the world. She believes one thing to be evil, when in truth, it is the very thing protecting her from the true evil. The title of the novel will be 'See No Evil' after this concept.
