The Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) LEAP report identified ten high impact practices that contribute to student success and retention. Librarians in the Research & Instructional Services department at ECU’s Joyner Library evaluated their own services and programs in order to reflect on existing services in the context of the LEAP report and identify new and innovative opportunities for collaboration with the campus community. We discovered that we were meeting many of the criteria from the report and brainstormed and implemented new ideas such as librarian support for Research & Creative Achievement Week and collaborating with other units on new programming from first-year seminars to graduate students. This poster will share our experiences and future plans including ideas for implementing high impact educational practices at your library.en_US
