Growing In Stage Management

Abstract

This paper focuses on the two theatrical productions worked on for Isabela Estigoy’s Signature Honors Project while they were in the role of a stage manager. It is a reflection on both the show process and the trials that came with them. Specifically, this essay reflects upon the personal growth Isabela went through and how the trials and errors of the productions allowed this growth to take place.
