dc.description.abstract	China’s diverse political history offers the unique opportunity to explore how a nation’s government impacts its approach to medicine and public health. The author found a correlation between Chinese government and health. She indicates, however, that the wealth of a nation is not necessarily an indicator of the health of its people.	en_US
