dc.description.abstract | It is safe to say they have more than claimed title in the business field, so what keeps them from making it to the top? The higher the title gets, the less percentage of women hold it. With the number of women in the business field slowly growing equal to men, why is it only 7% of them obtain the title of CEO? Time and time again women are passed up for promotion opportunities and I chose to try and find out why. | |
