Description | The purpose of this study was to examine the differences between musician and non-musician participants’ speech recognition skills in various maskers. Musician and non-musician participants completed an online protocol that included the AzBio sentence lists paired with noise and music backgrounds. Results showed that musical experience did not provide benefit for speech recognition in noise abilities. | |
