dc.description.abstract | This project gave me the ability to combine the two different types of Senior Honors Projects, the research-based thesis paper and the creative endeavor. I started out doing research into the company New Detroit Resto-Mods, a local small business that specializes in the restoration of American muscle cars. I also performed research in the automotive restoration industry and the environment around the company. The creative aspect started when I began helping develop things that would aid the company in growing from a relatively small business based on a love and enthusiasm for classic American muscle into what has the potential to be a larger business that is able to serve a variety of customers. | en_US |
