Evidence based core behaviors are described as well as strategies for encouraging the adoption of those behaviors in worksites, health care and colleges and universities Efforts such as medical nutrition therapy in the Family Medicine clinic; weight and diabetes education classes for those without insurance coverage; the local baby friendly hospital--initiated in response to the plan are describeden_US
